We begin with an in-home consultation where Deirdre Dugan walks through the property with a fresh, buyer-focused perspective. This is your opportunity to get expert insights on how to stage your listing specifically for a successful open house.
Step 2: Step 2: Detailed Room-by-Room Recommendations
During the consultation, Deirdre will assess each space and provide targeted recommendations to declutter, re-style, and enhance the presentation. From lighting suggestions to furniture arrangement and accent styling, every detail is considered to appeal to today’s buyers.
Step 3: Customized Action Plan & Checklist
At the end of the visit, you’ll receive a room-by-room action plan and priority checklist to guide your open house prep. This personalized plan empowers sellers to focus on what matters most—creating a welcoming, high-impact environment that draws buyer interest.
Step 4: Choose Your Level of Support
You can choose to implement the recommendations on your own, have Merrow Staging & Design handle the staging and styling for you, or opt for a collaborative approach. We’re flexible—you can take a hands-on role, hand everything over to us, or find a balance between the two.
