Great listing photos start with great preparation. At Merrow Staging & Design, our Photo Styling Process is designed to help your property shine in every frame—whether you're a homeowner looking to list or a real estate agent preparing for a photoshoot.
Step 1: Schedule Your Photo Styling Consultation
We begin with a hands-on, in-home consultation. Deirdre Dugan will walk through the entire property and assess how each room will translate on camera. This service is focused specifically on getting your home ready for professional real estate photography.
Step 2: Room-by-Room Styling Recommendations
During the consultation, Deirdre offers tailored suggestions to enhance your home’s visual presentation. This may include decluttering tips, small layout changes, decorative adjustments, and lighting tweaks—always with the goal of making the space look its absolute best in photos.
Step 3: Your Personalized Styling Checklist
By the end of the visit, you’ll receive a room-by-room action plan and checklist, giving you clear steps to prepare each area for the camera. These insights are designed to highlight your home’s strongest features and create inviting, high-impact listing photos.
Step 4: Choose Your Styling Support
You can choose to implement the suggestions yourself, or have Merrow Staging & Design handle the photo styling for you. We’re happy to support you with as much—or as little—hands-on help as you need.
