The Process
In order to organize a home or business, Deirdre starts the process with a home consultation during which she will assess, make recommendations and help both Sellers and Real Estate Sales Professionals begin the process of transforming the home into an organized space. Sellers typically entrust Deirdre to organize the entire property or selected rooms. Consultation rates are $325 for up to two (2) hours and $165 for each additional hour. The consultation is a hands-on experience: together we will walk through your home or commercial space, top to bottom and at the end we will have an action plan and a checklist of priorities. Depending on your needs and next steps, I can provide a range of other supplementary services.
